Zoo Debrecen bemutatása

This is the first zoo in Hungary outside the capital, with a total area of 17 hectares home to some 900 individuals of 200 species from five continents. Besides daily feeding shows, visitors can indulge in a rich event calendar throughout the year. Located in Debrecen’s Great Forest, the institution also operates as a botanical park, home to around 650 local and exotic plant species, and includes Hungary’s one and only amusement park.
